A Data Breach Register is a register of all privacy related incidents. Some incidents need to be notified to national authority, others don’t, but no matter the type of incident each company needs to maintain a data breach register and Ticket for Privacy can advise or it can hold this Register for it’s clients. The register can act as proof of compliance and is part of the General Data Protection Regulation requirements. Either is a cyber incident or a human error, any personal data breach incident needs to be inventories in this register.
